We, at Ski & Board Traventuria, have always had flexible booking conditions, and in these unprecedented times, we’ve gone one step further with our COVID-19 refund policy, concerning the ski packs booked directly with us. Traventuria is one of the few companies who have offered refunds throughout the coronavirus crisis on suspended trips, so we’re a company you can trust. As many of you know, we refunded dozens of thousands of Euros within a week after Bulgaria closed its borders back in March.
For the season 2020/21, for peace of mind, we are offering a REFUND GUARANTEE FOR ALL SKI BOOKINGS MADE UP AND PAID FOR IN FULL, UP TILL OCTOBER 15TH, 2020 (incl.). So, should you wish to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, you can do so up to 28 days before departure and get a refund of the amount you paid (minus 3% fee, but not less than 15 Euros per reservation).
COVID-19 TERMS & CONDITIONS
We have done our best to make these special conditions simple and clear to all:
If the ski resort management closes all facilities (lifts and drags) following governmental orders in relation to Covid-19
If Bulgaria closes its borders for passengers, coming from your country, and your travel dates are within the border closure period
If Bulgaria or the country you are coming from requires self-isolation on arrival (either in Bulgaria, or in your country of origin when you go back), and these measures cover your travel dates
You will be eligible to a refund of the whole amount you paid, or if you are already in Bulgaria – for the unused part of your ski packs (minus 3% fee, but not less than 15 Euros per reservation). The monies will be refunded to you within 30 days from receiving written notice from you on our email email@example.com (incl. your reference number). In relation to the above conditions those of you who wish to use their refund money as a credit for a new booking can do so avoiding the small fee as stated above.
In addition, you can transfer your trip free of charge up to 15 days before departure. Bookings may be moved to any alternative available dates of equivalent monetary value or simply pay the difference.
We would highly recommend that you take out additional Covid-19 travel insurance. Many travel insurance policies will no longer cover you as standard if your holiday is disrupted due to Coronavirus. It is important to check the small print about what exactly is covered before purchasing your insurance policy.
