I really glad with services from Traventuria transfer. I had very nice experience of transfer from Sofia to Rila and Rila to Sofia. It's nice and direct way to get seven Rila lake region. I like their guide Ani and Megi who helps, understand your questions and answer them properly. May be one small improvement In need from them, though internet option was there in bus but still it was not working. Everything else excellent.

Was excellent. The guide is well endowed in history. As a professor at a University I found his knowledge of history of the Bulgarian people really remarkable. It was excellent. In all aspects. Thank you. The guide also seemed very patient and kind and very professional. I rank this as exceptional. Fully recommended. Met some great people as well. So fun knowledge and great scenery. This was a wonderful travel experience! I am from Sofia and was hosting a friend from the United States. The 7 Rila lakes and the Rila Monastery are two of the most beautiful sites to see in Bulgaria, and Traventuria made it very easy for me to show my friend both in a single day! We had a fantastic guide, Megi, who was very knowledgeable about each location and very friendly. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone visiting Bulgaria!

Amazing transfer experience with Traventuria from Sofia to Borovets and back!
We booked everything through their website, and the whole process was super easy and smooth. The bus was clean, branded, very comfortable, and even had Wi-Fi on board, which was a great bonus.
Our driver was kind, polite, and very attentive, and the whole trip felt safe and well organized. The day before the transfer, we received all the important details by both email and WhatsApp, including the bus number, tracking link, driver information, and the exact pickup point — very professional and extremely helpful.
Everything was perfectly on time both going to Borovets and returning to Sofia. Excellent communication, great service, and a very reliable company.

PRIVATE TRANSFERS
You or your group will travel alone with no other passengers on board. Our vehicle will be at your disposal only! You will depart to Borovets or Sofia Airport, as soon as the driver meets you in the arrivals hall, or collects you from your accommodation. This is the most comfortable and flexible option.
Private transfer service departs right after the last person (with his/her luggage) from your reservation is present and does not wait for other transfers or passengers.
If your flight is delayed, we will wait for you for an hour and a half after your flight arrival scheduled time. If your flight/train is delayed for more than one and a half hours, we will put you on to the next available transfer. This may mean a longer wait than normal, a downgrade in transfer type, or some cases a charge for waiting time.
