My brother and I hired snowboards, helmets, boots, and purchased lift passes. The staff were all very helpful and professional, and flexible adjusting to a late arrival. Equipment was all great and I believe the lift pass was a fair bit cheaper than purchasing directly on arrival. Would use them again and would recommend.

I have rented equipment here two years running. I am going to Borovets again in 2026, and I plan to rent here again. The equipment is in good condition and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Pick-up from Terminal 2 and drop-off at the hotel as I requested in Borovets on time. An excellent driver, Petar Vazharov who gave me few insights of the lakes and mountains that we saw. Thank you, Petar.
